The heartbeat of the fiscal galaxy
Accounting module
The Core
The accounting engine of altaf.ai — bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation, IFRS financial statements and the entity and group structures everything else reads from.
Every filing in the fiscal galaxy begins here. One position reads the bank statement, one sorts the transactions, one builds the ledger, one writes the financial statements — and each hands its work to the next. Nothing is re-keyed, nothing is exported to a spreadsheet and back, and the numbers the tax modules read are the numbers you posted.
Dashboard
One view of every entity, period and filing deadline in the group.
Invoicing & Bills
Raise tax invoices and capture supplier bills straight into the ledger.
Bank Reconciliation
Read the statement, match the transaction, close the difference.
IFRS Financial Statements
Choose the IFRS for SMEs or Full IFRS statement engine — compliance toolkits kept separate.
Entities & Tax Groups
Define entities and the CT Tax Groups and VAT Groups they sit in.
What makes it different
Built from the tax return backward, not the invoice forward
The Core is designed from the Corporate Tax and VAT side first. Groups are a first-class concept, not an afterthought: entities are defined once, then assigned to CT Tax Groups and VAT Groups, and the same underlying books can be viewed three ways — a single entity's accounts, a consolidated VAT Group return, or a consolidated CT Group return.
Generic accounting products record transactions well and then leave the group-level VAT and Corporate Tax consolidation to you, in a spreadsheet, every period.
Access
Early access, module by module
Not tax or legal advice. The Core's modules are working aids for preparation and review — not a substitute for filing on EmaraTax or for advice from a qualified UAE tax advisor. Some modules are still in build.
